Sandra Storoni, Owner & Founder

I’m Sandra Storoni, the Owner and Founder of Paperweight PA. I am passionate about helping coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs build their businesses, by taking care of all the day-to-day admin so that they can focus on what they do best! I particularly enjoy supporting female executives and business owners. When women support women, great things happen!

I worked for many years in the travel industry before deciding to settle in Luxembourg. This small, multi-cultural country at the heart of Europe has now become home and is where I met my husband, Marc. I love that every day I get to speak French, German or try out my limited Luxembourgish too (all with a soft Scottish accent!).

I decided to launch a Virtual Assistant business in 2018, after working for 11 years as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for a large corporate. To date, I have most been supporting clients here in Luxembourg. However, word is spreading and not only I am now working with clients internationally, but I am also building a small team of fabulous Virtual Assistants to be able to support more clients and offer a bigger variety of skills too.

All the team at Paperweight PA are passionate about providing our clients with great quality service, share the same values of honesty, integrity and open and honest communication, all delivered with a smile.

Emilie Ashwood

Emilie began her career in the legal sector, having graduated from university with a Bachelor of Laws. After ten years in Conveyancing, supporting both clients and colleagues, Emilie was ready for a new challenge and began work as a Virtual Assistant.

Emilie’s background leads her to be professional, proactive, and proficient in her work, but this is balanced with a kind, supportive and friendly approach. Emilie is naturally curious and an avid learner. She takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their needs, regularly undergoing professional development to continuously add value to their business. 

Emilie is passionate about bringing joy to business ownership. She takes great pleasure in utilising her skills and experience to empower others to fulfil their visions. Emilie will proficiently and diligently take care of the tasks you are struggling with, from social media to email management (and many other tasks in between), giving you time to accomplish your vision, whether that’s developing your business or improving your work/lifestyle balance.

Emilie lives in a small village in Cambridgeshire, England, with her fiancé Chris. When she is not supporting busy business owners, she’s often found camera-in-hand enjoying her other passion, photography.

Louise Edworthy

Louise has over 25 years of administration, operations, and project work experience working in all types of industries and sizes of companies from sole traders, small, limited companies to multinational corporations!

Having recently relocated to Luxembourg with her family, she now works remotely supporting clients and managers, allowing them to focus on their business priorities confident that she has all the administration well covered. She assists them improve their processes and procedures, implementing technical solutions were possible.

She gets great satisfaction from being able to help others achieve their goals and targets by easing their administrative workload, finding solutions to challenges, ensuring business efficiency and success. She loves supporting people and businesses, taking over tasks or projects others do not have the time or desire to do!

In her spare time, when not taxiing children around, Louise enjoys exploring new places and trekking the many beautiful trails in Luxembourg and listening to podcasts. As well as enjoying knitting and cross stitching, her latest craze to fulfil her creative side is designing and making notes books!
